Gaydos maintains a 3.80 GPA as a double concentrator in economics and American political science at Brown.

Character

Gaydos currently serves as Co-President of Brown’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, elected by fellow student-athletes prior to the 2021-22 academic year. In that role, he leads bi-weekly SAAC Executive Board meetings and regularly meets with Brown’s Executive Leadership Team for student-athlete input. Gaydos also coordinated the SAAC’s involvement with the Alex Archie Foundation.

In addition, Gaydos served as Brown’s Student-Athlete Services and Wellness Chair in the SAAC as a sophomore and junior. He led the development of a media series titled ‘Perspectives’ to empower student-athlete voices, experiences, and ideas.

Gaydos is also an active member of Brown’s Screenwriting Collective, joining the group after Brown’s 2020 season was cut short.

Community

Gaydos participated in Boston Children’s Hospital’s head-shaving event as a freshman and sophomore to support the BCH mission.

He is also involved with Brown Lacrosse’s Team IMPACT member, Nicholas Cioe, a Rhode Island high school student with cerebral palsy who joined the team in 2016.

Competition

In 2020, Gaydos started all five games and led the Bears with 10 caused turnovers and added 10 ground balls.

He also played in 15 of 16 games as a freshman at close defense, finishing the season with 17 ground balls and eight caused turnovers.
