Classroom
Beck earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from LSU. He is a two-time member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll.
He is currently pursuing a Master’s of Business Administration.
Character
Beck will wear No. 8 in 2021. It is given to the upperclassman who exemplifies the spirit of LSU baseball with their leadership and dedication to the program every season.
Community
Last May, Beck was named to the 2020 SEC Community Service Team.
He was also presented with the Shriners Hospitals for Children Service Award in February of 2020.
Competition
Beck has had a tremendous career at LSU. In 77 career appearances, he is 9-1 with a 2.66 ERA.
In 116 innings, Beck has recorded 115 strikeouts and limited opponents to a .182 BA.
During the 2020 season, he did not allow an earned run in 12 innings.
