Megan Bober

Classroom

Bober owns a 3.827 GPA, including a perfect 4.00 GPA last spring. She was named to the Creighton Dean’s List and MVC Academic Honor Roll all four years, and is a three-time MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award winner. She was a CoSIDA Academic All-District VII Second Team in 2010, an MVC Scholar-Athlete First Team member in 2011 and a two-time MVC Scholar-Athlete of the Week.

Character

Bober is a team captain. She was Creighton’s Female Athlete of the Year for 2011-12. She is a standout student and standout athlete as well.

Community

Bober has done more than 20 hours of community service each of the past three years. She has helped with the MVC Just Read program, Night Out With the Jays, calling boosters for the Bluejay Jamboree, a Diaper Drive, numerous camps and clinics, and a trip to Children’s Hospital.

Competition

Creighton’s Female Student-Athlete of the Year in 2011-12, Bober led the nation with an MVC-record 9 triple-doubles in 2011, while earning first-team all-MVC honors for 2nd straight year. She is a 3-time MVC Player of the Week in her career and was 4-time MVC Freshman of the Week in 2009. She was a 4-time All-Tournament Team pick and was an AVCA Honorable-Mention All-American in 2010.
