Meshack Eshun Addy is majoring in political science and minoring in international affairs. Through the 2016-17 academic year, he has maintained a 3.40 and is a CAA Commissioner’s Award recipient.
Character
Eshun Addy was born in Ghana but moved to Spain before coming to the United States to play soccer. Throughout his four years at Hofstra, he has developed leadership capacities on the team all while working to promote tolerance.
Community
Eshun Addy has been involved in a number of volunteer activities around the Long Island community. He has been involved with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island, the Nassau County Youth Court Program, Massapequa Soccer Club, Etolie Carouge and Raleigh City Farms.
Competition
Eshun Addy earned Colonial Athletic Association First Team honors as a junior, tying for second on the team with six goals and finishing with 14 points. Of his six goals, three were game-winners, leading the team. He also posted six goals and three assists as a sophomore.
