Character

He is the epitome of a senior leader. He has helped the program rise from not making the conference championship to winning a CAA title and an NCAA berth. He is a two-year captain who leads by example but who is not afraid to speak up to his teammates. Thomas is an extension of the coaching staff in the locker room.

Community

Routinely participates in community service events, leading his team in the ZERO Prostate Cancer Run, the CAA Have a Heart Blood Drive, and the Pigskin Pass.
