Ryan, who already earned his undergraduate degree in management science and engineering, is a three-time member of the Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll.
He was also named a first team Academic All-American by both CoSIDA and the United Soccer Coaches in 2020-21.

Community
Ryan was a co-founder for a clear drive in high school that helped collect hundreds of soccer supplies and send them to Ethiopia.
Competition
Since arriving at Stanford, Ryan has enjoying a stellar career. He is a three-time Pac-12 champion and a member of the 2017 NCAA championship team.
Last season, Ryan was named a first team All-American, the Pac-12 Player of the Year, and a MAC Hermann Trophy Semifinalist.
He has led the team in goals in each of the last three seasons en route to earning All-Pac-12 recognition every year.
